1 Prepare The Ingredients
Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly.
Mince garlic -
2 Cook The Beef
"Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. -
3 Add Vegetables
Add shallot, peas and garlic and cook 2 minutes.

4 Add Sauce and Pasta
Add sauce, pasta, and garlic salt and bring to a simmer.
Add cheese, cover, and cook until melted, 1-2 minutes. -
5 Finish The Dish
