    Prepare the Ingredients

    Rinse the oranges and zest half of one orange. Slice two thin slices from an orange for garnish. Peel and segment the remaining oranges.

    Blend the Smoothie

    In a high-speed blender, combine 2 cups of ice, orange segments, orange zest to taste, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.

    Pour smoothie into tall glasses. Garnish with orange slices.
