If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 22-25 minutes.

1 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In provided tray, combine green beans, 1 Tbsp. water, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 20 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Onions and Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko, 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, za'atar seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and half the savory seasoning (reserve remaining for cranberries and vegetables). Stir until thoroughly combined. Form beef mixture into 6 equally-sized meatballs.After 20 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Uncover and drain any excess liquid.Stir onions and 1/4 tsp. salt into green beans until combined. Push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use caution/a utensil.Place meatballs in now-empty side of tray. -
3 Make Sauce, Prepare Walnuts, and Finish Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, finely crush walnuts.In another mixing bowl, combine pesto and tzatziki. Set aside.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cranberries, 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 the remaining savory seasoning (reserve remaining for vegetables). Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and rest, 5 minutes. Once cool enough to handle, drain any excess liquid. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir cranberry mixture and remaining savory seasoning into vegetables until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top meatballs with sauce and walnuts. Bon appétit!
