Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, onion, seasoned salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil on one side of provided tray. -
2 Add the Chicken
Place chicken in empty side of tray and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
If using pork chops, follow same instructions.Top chicken evenly with pesto and cheese. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
If using pork chops, reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Crush croutons. Top broccoli with croutons and chicken with almonds. Bon appétit!
