    Prepare The Ingredients

    Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.

    beat 1 egg

  2. 2

    Cook The Potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes into large evenly-sized chunks. Bring a medium pot with potato chunks covered by water to a boil. Cook until fork-tender, 14-18 minutes. Drain potatoes in a colander and return to pot (reserve 1 cup of cooking liquid). Add 1oz butter, 1/2 cup cooking liquid, 1/3 of the cream cheese, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper and mash to combine. Cover and set aside.

While potatoes cook, prepare the beef.

  3. 3

    Prepare The Beef

In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, mayo, panko, and remaining garlic salt. Form one giant loaf. Place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake in a hot oven until loaf reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook The Green Beans

Place a medium nonstick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 8-10 minutes. If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Transfer to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

  5. 5

Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish

In the same pan over medium heat, add 2 tsp olive oil and mushrooms. Stir occasionally until browned, 4-6 minutes.

Add remaining cream cheese, demi, and 1/2 cup water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened, 3-4 minutes.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping green beans with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
