Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Slice potatoes into thin rounds.
Place garlic cloves and 1 tsp. olive oil on a piece of foil and form a foil pouch around garlic.Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, 15-30 seconds. Carefully remove from microwave. Add potatoes, potato spice seasoning, garlic pepper, a pinch of salt, and cheese to bowl with butter. Toss gently until combined. Set aside. -
2 Roast the Potatoes and Garlic
Transfer potatoes to prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer (some overlap is OK). Sprinkle any remaining cheese from bowl around potatoes. Any extra cheese will crisp in the oven
Roast in hot oven until tender and browned, 20-25 minutes.Place garlic pouch, directly on oven rack, opening-side up. Roast in hot oven until garlic is tender, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove sheet and garlic from oven. Let garlic cool, at least 5 minutes.While potatoes and garlic roast, continue recipe. -
3 Prepare the Ingredients
Mince chives.
Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with lemon n herb seasoning. -
4 Cook the Salmon
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add salmon, skin-side up, to hot pan. Sear until golden-brown and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While salmon cooks, continue recipe. -
5 Make Crema and Finish Dish
After 5 minutes, or once cool enough to handle, place garlic in a mixing bowl and mash into a paste. Add creme fraiche, chives, 2 tsp. water, and a pinch of pepper. Stir until combined.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salmon with crema. Bon appétit!
