1 Bake Sausage and Prepare Ingredients
Break up sausage into bite-sized pieces and evenly divide between both provided trays. Top each tray evenly with 1 tsp. olive oil.
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.While sausage bakes, coarsely tear spinach.Prick tomatoes all over with a fork. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.Carefully remove trays from oven. -
2 Add the Sauce and Pasta
Evenly divide spinach and tomatoes between both trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until spinach is wilted, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven and gently press tomatoes with a fork.Evenly divide cream base, pesto, grated cheese, pasta, corn, and lemon n herb seasoning between both trays. Stir a pinch of salt into each tray until combined. Cover both trays with foil. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake both trays covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Uncover trays and stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top pasta with shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
