Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground beef, follow same instructions.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Toast Flatbreads and Prepare Ingredients
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat-side up. Toast in hot oven until slightly browned, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While flatbreads toast, cut broccoli into 1/2" pieces.Place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until broccoli is tender, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove broccoli from microwave. -
2 Cook the Sausage
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add Italian sausage to hot pan. Break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner. -
3 Assemble the Pizzas
In another microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, flour, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), 1/4 the mozzarella (reserve remaining for topping), a pinch of salt, and 2 Tbsp. water.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Flip flatbreads. Evenly top with sauce, remaining mozzarella, sausage, broccoli, then dollops of ricotta. -
4 Bake Pizzas and Finish Dish
Bake in hot oven until cheeses are melted, 6-8 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pizza with remaining Parmesan. Garnish with hot honey (to taste). Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the hot honey. Bon appétit!
