Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add broccoli, 2 tsp olive oil, and garlic salt to provided tray until completely combined. Bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes.

    Add Ingredients

    Remove tray from oven and stir in pasta, half the cream base, and 2 tablespoons water. Top with shrimp and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish

    Add remaining cream base to a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir in truffle oil. Continue to bake until broccoli is tender and shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-17 minutes. Carefully remove pan from oven and stir in truffle cream mixture. Top with Parmesan.
