Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if needed. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.

    Combine potatoes, corn, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt in bottom of provided tray. Spread into a single layer.

    Add the Shrimp

    Place shrimp and sausage on vegetables in a single layer. Top meal with butter pats.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until golden brown and shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-17 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven and gently stir to combine. Bon appétit!
