Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 COOK THE PASTA
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes. Reserve ¾ cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta in a colander and set aside.

2 PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS and garlic bread
preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mince garlic Small dice roma tomato. in a small bowl mix half of minced garlic with room temperature butter. Spread butter over cut side of french roll. place on a prepared baking tray. bake for 8-10 minutes.

3 COOK THE SHRIMP
Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp to hot pan and cook undisturbed until seared on one side, 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 1-2 minutes. Transfer shrimp to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

4 Make Sauce
Return pan from cooking shrimp to medium heat. add dice tomato and garlic. cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes have softened and garlic is fragrant. add in flour and stir until no dry flour remaining. add ¾ cup pasta cooking water, marinara, cream cheese and ¼ tsp salt and pepper. mix well and bring to a simmer.

5 FINISH PASTA AND FINISH DISH
Once simmering, stir in shrimp, half of the Parmesan and pasta. Stir occasionally until combined and heated through, 1-2 minutes. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing pasta with remaining Parmesan and serve with garlic bread. Bon appétit!
