Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Cook the Pork
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add pork and amarillo seasoning to hot, dry pan. Stir often, breaking up pork, until pork is heated through, 2-3 minutes.Stir in sofrito sauce until combined, 1-2 minutes. -
2 Add the Cheese
Evenly top pork in hot pan with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Assemble the Slaw
In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, relish, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

4 Heat Flatbreads and Finish Dish
Heat flatbreads to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add flatbreads to hot, dry pan. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling flatbreads with mustard, pork, then slaw. Bon appétit!
