Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Customize It Instructions

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Cook the Peppers
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add peppers and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned, 4-6 minutes.Alternatively, reserve half the raw peppers for snacking/serving on the side. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, chicken, savory seasoning, garlic and parsley seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
3 Add the Peas and Pasta
Add peas and pasta to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and heated through, 3-4 minutes.

4 Add Sauce and Finish Dish
Add pesto (to taste), creme fraiche, and cream base to hot pan. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the pesto. Stir occasionally until combined and sauce is slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.
If too thick, add water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with cheese. Bon appétit!
