1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.
In provided tray, combine poblanos (to taste) and 2 tsp. olive oil. Microwave uncovered until poblanos have softened, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add half the flour (remaining is yours to use as you please!) and stir until no dry flour remains. Add beans and their liquid, 1 cup water, demi-glace, pulled pork, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Microwave uncovered until liquid thickens and pork is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add chile and cumin rub and stir to combine.To serve, top with cheese, sour cream, crispy jalapeños (to taste), and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.
In provided tray, combine poblanos (to taste) and 2 tsp. olive oil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until poblanos have softened, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Mix well to combine.Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until liquid thickens and pork is heated through, 16-18 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.
