    1

    Prepare Ingredients and Make Glaze

Trim ends off green beans. In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki glaze, sugar, and 1 tsp. ginger (reserve remaining for meatloaves).

    2

    Form and Bake Loaves

In another mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, panko, remaining ginger, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into two equally-sized loaves and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush tops of loaves with half the glaze (reserve remaining for baked loaves). Bake in hot oven, 15 minutes. Carefully, remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze. Bake until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10 minutes. Garnish cooked meatloaves with sesame seeds. While loaves bake, cook rice.

  • Step 3 - Make the Rice

    Make the Rice

Bring a small pot with rice and 1½ cups water to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until rice is tender, 18-20 minutes. Remove from burner. While rice cooks, make beans.

  • Step 4 - Cook the Green Beans
