Make the Dish
If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Tear corner of rice bag and microwave until heated through, 1 minute. Carefully open bag and transfer rice to provided tray. Season with a pinch of salt. Top with pulled pork, snow peas, and carrots. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 5-7 minutes. While dish microwaves, combine sweet chili sauce and soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Carefully remove from microwave. Drizzle sauce over dish and garnish with crispy rice noodles. Bon appétit!
If using oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Tear corner of rice bag and microwave until heated through, 1 minute. Carefully open bag and transfer rice to provided tray. Season with a pinch of salt. Top with pulled pork, snow peas, and carrots. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on baking sheet and bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 12-15 minutes. While dish heats, combine sweet chili sauce and soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Carefully remove from oven and remove foil. Drizzle sauce over dish and garnish with crispy rice noodles. Bon appétit!
