This stir-fry is both simple and brilliant, sweet and spicy, with sliced pork, fresh broccolini, and lovely lo mein to twirl on your fork. Simple to prepare, simple to love, simply dinner.

You Will Need

- 1 Medium Pot
- 1 Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using steak strips, follow same instructions as pork in Steps 2 and 4, stirring occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as pork in Step 4, breaking up burger until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Follow same instructions as pork in Step 4, cooking until opaque and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

If using chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into 1” pieces. Season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper. Follow same instructions as pork in Step 4, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

Cook the Noodles
Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook until tender, 4-5 minutes.
Reserve 1/4 cup noodle cooking water.Drain noodles in a colander, rinsing with cold water. Drain again thoroughly and set aside. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim bottom end from broccolini and cut into 2" lengths.
Separate sliced pork into a single layer and pat dry. Season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
Cook the Broccolini
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add broccolini and 1 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover, and stir occasionally until tender, 5-7 minutes. -
Cook the Pork and Sauce
Uncover, and add pork to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes.
Add teriyaki glaze, sweet chili sauce, and half the pasta cooking water. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in noodles until combined. If too thick, add additional reserved pasta cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with wonton strips. Bon appétit!
