Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Make the Dish
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine red bell peppers and 1 Tbsp. water in provided tray. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake in hot oven, 9-11 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and add rice, peas, 1 Tbsp. water, and teriyaki glaze to tray. Top with pulled pork, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover with foil, place tray on baking sheet, and bake again in hot oven until pulled pork is heated through, 14-16 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Drizzle with Sriracha (to taste) and top with crispy wontons. Bon appétit!

Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave again until pulled pork is warmed through, 4-6 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Drizzle with Sriracha (to taste) and top with crispy wontons. Bon appétit!
