1 Cook the Pasta
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 7-9 minutes.
Remove from burner. Drain pasta in a colander/strainer and set aside. While pasta cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork, fiesta seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for sauce), and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce
Add cream base, cream cheese, and remaining garlic salt to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, remove from burner. -
4 Assemble the Roll-Ups
Once cool enough to handle, transfer pasta to a clean, flat work surface and lay flat.
