Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Quarter mushrooms.Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/2" slices on an angle.Combine ground pork, panko, and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for slow cooker) in a mixing bowl.Divide pork mixture into 12 evenly-sized meatballs, about the size of golf balls. -
Start the Meal
Place slow cooker liner in slow cooker, if desired. Fold top edges in before putting on lid.
Combine carrot, remaining garlic salt, mushrooms, white portions of green onions, sweet chili sauce, and garlic sesame sauce in a clean slow cooker. Top with meatballs.Turn slow cooker on to high heat. Cover, and cook until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4 hours. -
Add the Noodles
When there are 15 minutes left to cook, combine cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. water in another mixing bowl.
Stir cornstarch-water mixture and noodles into slow cooker. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
