Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using shrimp, in Step 2, pat shrimp dry and place on bok choy. Follow same instructions as gound pork in Step 3, baking uncovered until shrimp reaches minimum internal temperature, 15-18 minutes.

If using diced chicken, in Step 2, pat chicken dry and place on bok choy. Follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 3, baking uncovered until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.

If using steak strips, in Step 2, separate into a single layer, pat dry and place on bok choy. Follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 3, baking uncovered until steaks strips reach minimum internal temperature, 30-32 minutes

If using ground turkey, in step 2, break into small pieces and place on bok choy. Follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 3, baking uncovered until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-28 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch in bottom of provided tray. Stir in bok choy. -
Add Pork and Make Slaw
Break pork into small pieces and place on bok choy. Top with seasoned salt.
Combine slaw mix and dressing in a mixing bowl. Set aside. -
Warm Tortillas and Finish Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Top pork with sesame oil.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.Fill tortillas with pork mixture and top with slaw and Sriracha (to taste). Bon appétit!
