Cooking Guidelines

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 1, breaking up pork until no pink remains and pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 1, breaking up burger until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

If using diced chicken, pat dry. Follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 1, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using steak strips, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 1, stirring occasionally until no pink remains and steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Cook the Ground Beef
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground beef, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.While beef cooks, prepare ingredients. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut into 1/4" strips.
Halve lime. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half. -
3 Cook the Vegetables and Sauce
Add 1 tsp. olive oil and bok choy to hot pan. Stir often until stems just begin to soften, 3-4 minutes.
Stir in noodles, edamame, soy sauce, 1 tsp. lime juice, sweet chili sauce, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cook undisturbed, 2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with peanuts. Squeeze lime wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
