If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Cook the Rice
Bring a small pot with rice and 1 1/4 cups water to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender, 15-18 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in sesame seeds, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 Tbsp. softened butter until combined. Fluff rice with a fork. Set aside and cover to keep warm.While rice cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Pork
Evenly spread panko on a plate.
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of pork.Place pork, mayonnaise-side down, onto plate with panko, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Cook the Pork
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add pork, panko-side down, to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce, Assemble Slaw, and Finish Dish
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce and ketchup. Set aside.In another mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, white portions of green onions, dressing, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork with sauce and green portions of green onions. Slice pork, if desired. Bon appétit!
