Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix potatoes and corn in provided tray until completely combined. Push to one side.Top with half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for chicken) and cheese. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry, and place on empty side of tray. Top evenly with remaining seasoning blend and BBQ sauce.

3 Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Rest chicken, 5 minutes. Crush tortilla strips and sprinkle over chicken. Bon appétit!
