Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Bake the Peppers
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine diced peppers and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until slightly tender, 12-14 minutes. -
2 Add the Shrimp
Stem and mince rosemary.
Halve lemon lengthwise. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.Carefully remove tray from oven. Tray will be hot! Use an oven mitt. Stir in shrimp, cornstarch, pasta, mirepoix base, garlic salt, cheese, 1 tsp. rosemary (reserve remaining for garnish), butter (to taste), 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, and 1/4 cup water until combined. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, garnish with remaining rosemary (to taste). Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
