Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine yuzu and mayonnaise. Set aside.
Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Season all over with a pinch of pepper. -
2 Cook the Steak Strips
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add steak strips to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and steak reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in garlic sesame sauce and half the Sriracha (to taste; remaining is yours to use as you please!). Transfer steak strips to a plate. Rest, 3 minutes.Wipe pan clean and reserve.While steak strips cook, continue recipe. -
3 Assemble the Slaw
In another mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Toss gently to coat. Set aside.

4 Assemble the Burritos
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel. If tortillas come folded, keep folded.
Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and transfer tortillas to a clean, flat work surface.Evenly divide slaw, mayonnaise mixture, and steak strips between tortillas, placing in center.Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge towards the top, enclosing sides tightly. -
5 Toast Burritos and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook steak strips to medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
Working in batches if necessary, add burritos to hot pan, seam-side down. Toast until slightly browned, 1-2 minutes per side.Want a shortcut? Skip searing burritos and serve un-toasted.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, halving burrito, if desired. Bon appétit!
