If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

Bake the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Mix cauliflower, red bell pepper, seasoning blend, and garlic salt in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer and spray with cooking spray.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While vegetables bake, make meatballs. -
Add the Meatballs
Mix ground pork, bacon, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl until completely combined. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Push vegetables to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Add cream base, cornstarch, and pesto to empty side of tray and stir to combine. Top sauce with meatballs. -
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer vegetables to a plate. Roll meatballs until coated in sauce. Bon appétit!
