Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

    Heat the Vegetables

    Combine butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Top with 1/4 tsp. salt and cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until vegetables begin to soften, 2-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove bowl from microwave.

    Add the Chicken

    Transfer vegetables to one side of provided tray and top with butter. Butter will melt as meal bakes.

    Pat chicken dry.

    Add marinara to empty side of tray and top with chicken. Top chicken with half the panko (remaining half is yours to use as you please!), pressing gently to adhere, then cheese. Drizzle 2 tsp. olive oil over chicken.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until topping is browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 23-28 minutes.

    Tent with foil if browning too quickly.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.
