1 Prep
Cut potatoes into half wedges
Juice half the lime. Cut remaining into wedgesShape beef into patties with .25 tsp salt and a pinch of pepperToss lime juice and red cabbage in a bowl. Set aside -
2 Cook Potatoes
In a medium saute pan over medium high heat, add 2 tsp olive oil. Add potatoes and toss with seasoning. Cook until browned all over, 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in a 425 oven for 12-15 minutes or until done.

In the same pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Add beef patties and cook until done.
