Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prep

    Cut potatoes into half wedges

    Juice half the lime. Cut remaining into wedges

    Shape beef into patties with .25 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper

    Toss lime juice and red cabbage in a bowl. Set aside

    Cook Potatoes

    In a medium saute pan over medium high heat, add 2 tsp olive oil. Add potatoes and toss with seasoning. Cook until browned all over, 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in a 425 oven for 12-15 minutes or until done.

    Cook Burger

    In the same pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Add beef patties and cook until done.

    Finish The Dish

    Build burger:

    Bottom bun

    Burger

    Red cabbage mix

    Crispy noodles

    Boom boom sauce (on top bun)

    Serve with wedges
