Customize It Instructions
If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.
If using sirloin, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until sirloin reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine zucchini, tomatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of salt in provided tray. Push to one side.
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry.
Place chicken in empty space in tray. Top with half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for vegetables).
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven and top vegetables with remaining Parmesan and panko.
Bake again uncovered until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
While dish bakes, combine softened butter, lemon juice, basil pesto, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Top chicken with pesto butter. Bon appétit!
