    1/2" dice sweet potato, 1 Tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt, pinch pepper

    Prepped BS, 425 oven

    Roast 15-18 minutes until tender.

    medium NS pan, med heat, 2 tsp. oil

    add walnuts, roast addition 5 minutes until toasted. Remove from oven and top with cheese.

    add garlic to pan and cook until fragrant 30 sec, add Wor sauce, honey, Dijon, ketchup, balsamic, bring to boil and cook until thickened, 2-3 minutes
