Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, bacon, buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined.Form mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs. -
2 Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add meatballs to hot pan. Roll occasionally until browned all over and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Remove from burner. Evenly top with cheese. Cover and set aside until melted.While meatballs cook, continue recipe. -
3 Prepare the Cauliflower
Cut cauliflower into 1/2” pieces.

4 Cook Cauliflower and Finish Dish
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add cauliflower and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, cover and cook until cauliflower is tender, 3-5 minutes.Uncover and add ranch seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir often until slightly browned, 2-4 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving dressing on the side for dipping. Bon appétit!
