If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using NY strip steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate. -
Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add bacon to hot pan and stir occasionally until crispy, 30-60 seconds.Add white portions of green onions, green beans, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cook, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add 1/4 cup water. Cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes. Remove from burner.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.While green beans cook, continue recipe. -
Cook the Yellowtail
Pat yellowtail dry. Season flesh side with garlic pepper and a pinch of salt.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add yellowtail to hot pan, skin-side up, and cook undisturbed until fish reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.Fish thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner filet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner.While fish cooks, continue recipe. -
Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, add mashed potatoes, cream cheese, half the green portions of green onions (reserve remaining for garnish), and buttermilk-dill seasoning. Vigorously stir to combine. Cream cheese will melt as potatoes microwave.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping yellowtail with softened butter and garnishing mashed potatoes with remaining green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
