Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    dice apple ½ inch quarter brussels sprouts rough chop hazelnuts

    heat medium non stick over medium high heat 1 t olive oil sear brussels 2-3 minutes, toss sear 2-3 minutes season with ¼ t salt add apples, stir, season with pinch of salt transfer to baking sheet and roast in oven 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes wipe pan and return to medium heat

    cooking pork

    season pork on both sides with seasoned salt sear in 1 t olive oil 5-7 minutes, flip sear again cook until 145, remove and tent wipe pan and return to medium heat

    in pan from pork add cider, whole grain mustard, demi packet and butter reduce by ¼
