sear brussels 2-3 minutes, toss sear 2-3 minutes season with 1/4 t saltadd apples, stir, season with pinch of salttransfer to baking sheet and roast in oven 400 degrees for 10-12 minuteswipe pan and return to medium heat -

season pork on both sides with seasoned salt
sear in 1 t olive oil 5-7 minutes, flip sear againcook until 145, remove and tentwipe pan and return to medium heat -
