If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with black garlic seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner and transfer chicken to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.
Trim green beans, if necessary. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add green beans to hot pan. Cook, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add garlic salt, garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/4 cup water, and a pinch of pepper. Cover and cook until green beans are tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Make Bruschetta and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook chicken to medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add tomatoes and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tomatoes are tender, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in softened butter until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with bruschetta. Garnish green beans with cheese. Bon appétit!
