1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken and pat dry.
Prick tomatoes all over and place in one section of provided tray. Add chopped garlic, 1/4 cup water, and a pinch of salt and pepper. In empty section of tray, add broccoli, 1 tsp. olive oil, half the mushroom seasoning (reserve remaining for after microwaving), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until tomatoes soften and broccoli is bright green, 4-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Gently press tomatoes to release juices and stir until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. In tomato sauce section add chicken and top with mozzarella. In broccoli section add potatoes, remaining mushroom seasoning, and half the shredded Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish).Microwave uncovered until potatoes and chicken are heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, top chicken with tomato sauce and vegetables with remaining Parmesan. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
