Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

    Start the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry and season all over with curry powder and garlic salt.

    Place chicken and onions in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    Chicken will finish cooking in a later step.

    Carefully remove from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution.

    Finish the Chicken

    Add spinach and tomatoes to tray and stir until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cover tray with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven and uncover. Stir in softened cream cheese until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    While chicken bakes, continue recipe.

    Heat Flatbreads, Assemble Slaw, and Finish Meal

    Wrap flatbreads in a damp paper towel.

    Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    While flatbreads microwave, stem cilantro; keeping leaves whole.

    In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, dressing, a pinch of salt, and feta.

    To serve, fill flatbreads with chicken mixture, slaw, and cilantro. Bon appétit!
