If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Start the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season all over with curry powder and garlic salt.
Place chicken and onions in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Chicken will finish cooking in a later step.Carefully remove from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution. -
2 Finish the Chicken
Add spinach and tomatoes to tray and stir until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cover tray with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and uncover. Stir in softened cream cheese until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While chicken bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Flatbreads, Assemble Slaw, and Finish Meal
Wrap flatbreads in a damp paper towel.
Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.While flatbreads microwave, stem cilantro; keeping leaves whole.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, dressing, a pinch of salt, and feta.To serve, fill flatbreads with chicken mixture, slaw, and cilantro. Bon appétit!
