Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Cheesy Chive Butter
Finely crush crackers.
Trim zucchini ends, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1/2” half-moons.Mince chives.In a mixing bowl, combine cheese spread, 1 Tbsp. softened salted butter, and chives. Set aside. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Evenly top chicken with mayonnaise, then crackers, pressing gently to adhere.Place chicken, cracker-side up, on one side of prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. -
3 Add the Vegetables
Combine zucchini, tomatoes, minced garlic and parsley, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper on empty side of sheet. Spread vegetables into an even layer on their side.
If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions. -
4 Roast Chicken and Vegetables and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top chicken with cheesy chive butter. Bon appétit!
