1 Make the Salad
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Halve tomatoes.Trim cucumber and thinly slice into rounds.Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.Combine chicken in a microwave-safe bowl with Cajun seasoning. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes.Place romaine, chicken, tomatoes, and cucumbers in a bowl and toss with dressing. Garnish salad with blue cheese (to taste) and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
