1 Cook The Pasta Mixture
In a large nonstick pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp of olive oil. Add fajita mix and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender and lightly charred, 5-8 minutes. Add pasta, alfredo sauce, and 2 TB of water. Heat through.
While vegetables cook, prepare the pulled pork. -
2 Heat The Pulled Pork
In a medium nonstick pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp of olive oil. Add pulled pork, cajun seasoning and 2 TB of water and heat through.
