  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using chicken breasts, follow same instructions as tilapia in Steps 3 and 4, and cooking until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Green Onions

Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

  2. 2

    Cook the Green Beans

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans and white portions of green onions to hot pan. Stir occasionally until starting to soften, 30-60 seconds.

Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.

If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.

Uncover and add Cajun seasoning (to taste). Stir to combine. Remove from burner.

While green beans cook, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Tilapia

Pat tilapia dry and season both sides with garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt.

Place cornmeal on a plate. Add tilapia and gently flip to coat both sides, pressing gently to adhere.

  4. 4

    Cook Tilapia and Finish Dish

Line a plate with a paper towel.

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add tilapia to hot pan and cook until fish reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove from burner. Transfer to towel-lined plate. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping tilapia with remoulade and garnishing with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
