If using chicken breasts, follow same instructions as tilapia in Steps 3 and 4, and cooking until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Green Onions
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

2 Cook the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans and white portions of green onions to hot pan. Stir occasionally until starting to soften, 30-60 seconds.Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Uncover and add Cajun seasoning (to taste). Stir to combine. Remove from burner.While green beans cook, continue recipe. -
3 Prepare the Tilapia
Pat tilapia dry and season both sides with garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Place cornmeal on a plate. Add tilapia and gently flip to coat both sides, pressing gently to adhere. -
4 Cook Tilapia and Finish Dish
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add tilapia to hot pan and cook until fish reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Transfer to towel-lined plate. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping tilapia with remoulade and garnishing with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
