Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine potatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, seasoning blend, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.RR: CHANGED RESER'S TO NATE'S POTATOES. REMOVED RANCH SEASONING -
Add the Pork
Carefully remove tray from oven. Push potatoes to one side and top with cheese. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add pulled pork and half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for after baking) to empty side of tray. Stir to combine. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork is heated through and potatoes are tender, 15-17 minutes.
While meal bakes, taste dressing. (It's spicy!) Combine slaw mix and dressing in a mixing bowl.When meal has 5 minutes left to bake, place buns directly on oven rack, cut side down, and bake until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray and buns from oven. Stir remaining BBQ sauce into pork. Spread mayonnaise on bottom bun and top with pulled pork, slaw, and top bun. Bon appétit!RR: CHANGED JALAPENO RANCH TO REGULAR RANCH
