Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Stem and mince thyme.
Halve potatoes lengthwise. Quarter if larger than a ping pong ball.Trim green beans, if necessary. -
2 Roast the Potatoes
On one prepared baking sheet, add potatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and thyme. Massage oil, seasoning, and thyme into potatoes. Spread into an even layer.
Roast in hot oven until potatoes begin to soften, 15-20 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
3 Prepare the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Rest, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for green beans), and half the poultry seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce).Form mixture into 16 evenly-sized patties.On a clean work surface, place 1 tsp. cheese in center of each patty. Fold pork around cheese to form meatballs and seal shut.Place stuffed meatballs on second prepared baking sheet. -
4 Roast the Meatballs and Vegetables
After 15-20 minutes, carefully remove potatoes from oven. Push potatoes to one side of sheet.
On now-empty side of sheet, combine green beans, remaining garlic salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Roast both sheets in hot oven until potatoes are crispy, green beans are fork-tender, and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.While meatballs and vegetables roast, continue recipe. -
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine apple jelly, honey, remaining poultry seasoning, and 2 tsp. water.
Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce. Bon appétit!
