Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Prepare the Chicken and Poblano
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Pat chicken breasts dry.Add cream cheese and half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for potatoes) to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until slightly softened, 5-10 seconds.Remove from microwave and stir to combine.Place chicken in one provided tray. Top evenly with cream cheese-seasoning blend, then shredded cheese.Place poblanos in second provided tray. Spread into a single layer. -
2 Bake Chicken and Poblano and Prepare Ingredients
Place both trays in hot oven. Bake poblanos, 10 minutes.
Bake chicken until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 14-16 minutes.Carefully remove poblano tray from oven. Stir in mashed potatoes and remaining seasoning blend, then push to one side.Add corn to empty side. -
3 Finish the Dish
Bake poblano and corn in hot oven until heated through, 5-7 minutes.
Carefully remove both trays from oven. Stir butter into corn. Garnish chicken with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
