Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Customize It Instructions

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Place each ear of corn on a piece of foil and top with 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and a pinch of salt. Massage oil and seasonings into corn. Form a foil pouch around corn. Place mashed potatoes and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for salmon) in prepared tray. Stir vigorously to combine and push mashed potatoes to one side of tray.Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with barbeque seasoning (use less if spice-averse) and remaining garlic salt. Place salmon, skin-side down, in empty side of tray. -
2 Bake the Vegetables and Salmon
Bake tray uncovered in hot oven until mashed potatoes are heated through and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Place corn directly on oven rack, opening-side up.Bake in hot oven until corn is tender, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove tray and corn from oven. Drain any excess liquid from tray. Tray and corn will be hot! Use caution/a utensil. -
3 Make Sauce and Finish Meal
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce and cherry jam. Evenly top salmon with sauce.
Bake salmon again uncovered in hot oven until sauce is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, garnish corn with 1 Tbsp. softened salted butter. Bon appétit!
