If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Sweet Potatoes
Place sweet potatoes and leeks in provided tray. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread into a single layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and stir in cream base, chicken base, and cheese until combined. Push sweet potatoes to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Add Chicken and Bake Meal
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place chicken in now-empty side of tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered until sweet potatoes are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Microwave Green Beans and Finish Meal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until green beans are tender, 5-7 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and drain any excess liquid. Stir in softened butter, lemon juice, garlic pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper.To serve, top chicken with dressing. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
