Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop cilantro.
Pat chicken dry. Season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
2 Start the Filling
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add onions to hot pan and stir often until slightly tender, 2-3 minutes.Add mixed peppers and chicken. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
3 Finish the Filling
Add curry powder and tomato sauce to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, add cream cheese and stir often until combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While filling cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Tortillas, Make Slaw, and Finish Dish
Heat tortillas to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add tortillas to hot pan. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, sour cream, lemon juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt and pepper.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling tortillas with filling and slaw.
