    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine pork, marinara, ½ cup water, corn, poblano, half the chipotle seasoning, and spinach in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer.

    Add Corn Muffin Topping

    Add corn muffin mix, cheese, remaining chipotle seasoning, and ¼ cup water to a bowl until completely combined. Spread evenly on top of pork mixture.

    Finish The Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until cornbread is browned and pork mixture is heated through, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Rest dish 5 minutes. Top with chipotle ranch. Bon appétit!
