Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Mix peppers, green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in bottom of provided tray. Spread into a single layer on one side of tray. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

    Prepare The Meatballs

    Add ground beef, panko, and garlic salt to a mixing bowl until completely combined.

    Divide beef mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs, about the size of golf balls. Place meatballs on empty side of tray.

    Bake The Meal

    Roast in hot oven until beans and peppers are tender and meatballs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Top meatballs with curry sauce.Top vegetables with onion dressing and crispy jalapenos (to taste). Bon appétit!
