Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine flour, 1/4 cup water, wine, and demi-glace in bottom of provided tray. -
Add the Ingredients
Place carrots, peas, and mushrooms in one half of tray. Top with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Place chicken in empty half of tray and top with seasoned salt and a pinch of pepper. -
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Remove chicken from tray.Add butter to vegetables and stir to combine. Bon appétit!
